Day-to-day management will be in the hands of the director (directeur-bestuurder), co-founder Laurentien van Oranje, who has a strong track record as social innovator in various fields. She will lead a team of professional, dedicated and dynamic freelancers, employees, trainees and volunteers. Renumeration policies will be set by the Supervisory Board and will be fair, reasonable and fully in line with NGO standards.
